These energy bites are healthy, simple, use ingredients we always have on hand and taste more like a dessert than a healthy protein snack… so yummy!

Instructions
  1. Measure out ingredients.
  2. Combine ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls (should make 20-24 energy bites). If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes before shaping.
