Berry Sheet Pan Pancakes
fresh strawberries, sliced
Gather ingredients and preheat oven to 425˚F.
Mix pancake mix, milk and eggs in a large bowl until just combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour pancake batter on the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
Place strawberry slices, blackberries and raspberries on batter.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Cut pancakes into squares to serve immediately, or freeze to enjoy later.
