Berry Sheet Pan Pancakes
  1. Gather ingredients and preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Mix pancake mix, milk and eggs in a large bowl until just combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour pancake batter on the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
  5. Place strawberry slices, blackberries and raspberries on batter.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Cut pancakes into squares to serve immediately, or freeze to enjoy later.
