Morning Wake-up Workout: 10 Minute Workout for Busy Moms

morning wakeup workout 10 minute workout for busy momsTo help get me going for the day (especially on weekdays when my morning includes getting myself and three kiddos ready, fed and remembering everything else they need for the day), I like to get started with a quick cardio boost. I do best with a consistent routine right before I take my morning shower. Below is my favorite morning routine… for a bit of a challenge, I time it and try to beat my best time!

  1. 50 jumping jacks
  2. 10 pushups
  3. 20 squats
  4. 20 bicycle crunches
  5. 30 second plank

It’s amazing how much energy this will give you and how quickly you’ll start to feel more fit. I also tend to make better eating choices when incorporating fitness into my day… a win-win! Happy exercising, fellow busy moms!
